- Bend your knees and lower until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
- Keep your heels down and your knees tracking over your toes.
- Drive through your heels to stand back up, squeezing your glutes at the top.

Bear Crawls

- Begin on all fours with your hands under your shoulders, knees under your hips, and toes tucked.
- Lift your knees a few inches off the floor so your weight rests on your hands and toes.
- Move one hand and the opposite foot forward together, keeping your hips low and level.
- Step the other hand and opposite foot forward to complete the pattern.
- Continue crawling forward with small, controlled steps and a flat back.

- Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and a soft bend in your knees.
- Inhale and lengthen up through your spine.
- Exhale and hinge from your hips, folding your torso toward your legs.
- Let your head and arms hang heavy toward the floor.
- Breathe and relax, releasing a little more with each exhale.
