From Threads
A Threads post. Your next workout.
A few exercises in a post can be enough to spark an idea. Bring the Threads link to Zestimer, check the workout Pro drafts from the available content, and shape it around your own pace.

How it works
From a post to a routine you can use
Copy the post link
Share a Threads post with clear workout information to Zestimer. An exercise list, an attached demonstration, or a combination of words and media can provide the starting point.
Check what became the workout
Review the exercises and their order. If the source did not specify intervals, check the timing AI proposes instead of assuming it came from the author.
Adjust, save, and start
Replace a move or change work and rest times. Ask AI to help refine the routine in Pro, then save the version that suits your space and your day.
What you get
More useful than another saved post
- Words can be a starting point
- A written sequence can contain useful workout information without being a follow-along video. Review the exercise names carefully, especially when the author uses shorthand.
- The draft is yours to question
- AI may interpret a post differently from its author. Check the result against the source, correct the moves, and change anything you would rather do another way.
- Keep the source nearby
- The original post stays linked on the saved workout. Return to it to check context or revisit the creator’s explanation.
- Repeat your own version
- Once edited and saved, the workout is in your library. Change it again later instead of treating one social post as a fixed plan.
Workout imports and AI fine-tuning are Pro features. Start with selected free presets in the app, or read exercise instructions and use the web timer for free — see what each plan includes.
Frequently asked questions
- Can a text-only Threads workout become a routine?
- Yes, when the accessible post contains enough workout information, such as named exercises or an ordered sequence. A general fitness comment may not contain a workout to import.
- Does the post need to be public?
- The importer needs access to the post. Signed-in-only, private, deleted, or unavailable content may not work.
- Will it include every reply in a thread?
- Do not assume an entire conversation has been imported. Review the result against the linked source and add anything important that is missing.
- Can I change a workout after importing it?
- Yes. Edit the exercises, their order, and the intervals directly, or ask AI to fine-tune the routine in Pro.
- What if the post only lists repetitions?
- Review the proposed timed version before using it. You can adjust each interval and pause as needed; a suggested time is not a promise that everyone completes the same repetitions.
- Is Threads importing included in Pro?
- Yes. Importing a Threads post and AI fine-tuning are Pro features. The website’s exercise instructions and web timer remain free.
