About Zestimer

Zestimer is a HIIT and stretching app for iPhone and Apple Watch: 130 illustrated moves you can follow at home with no equipment, on a timer that calls every switch — work, rest, round — with voice and haptics, so you never watch the clock mid-workout. Tell AI Coach what you want to train and get a ready-to-run circuit in seconds, or paste a YouTube or TikTok workout and it becomes a follow-along session of the same shape. It ships with dozens of preset workouts and week-based streaks with earned freezes — built natively in SwiftUI, localized in ten languages, with no tracking.

It started with a familiar frustration: following a workout video means scrubbing back and forth to see what's next while the trainer talks over your rest — and a forty-second TikTok does not even tell you how long to hold anything. So we built a timer that reads the video for you — then kept going: an AI coach for days without a video, a Watch app so the phone stays down, and streaks that make consistency feel earned.

What makes it different

130 moves you can follow at home

HIIT, bodyweight strength, mobility and stretching, every one illustrated and every one equipment-free, with Zestbot, the app’s animated mascot, demonstrating the moves he has learned.

Paste a YouTube workout

Any workout video becomes a timed, follow-along session: every interval mapped, every switch called with voice and haptics.

AI Coach

Describe the session you want and get a ready-to-run circuit in seconds, with inline AI edits for any exercise or timing in the builder.

Built for the wrist

A full Apple Watch app calls every work, rest, and round with taps, so the phone stays in the bag.

Readable at arm’s length

A flat, high-contrast design on a warm cream canvas, centered on a big dial that counts work in orange and rest in green, legible from the far end of a mat.

Momentum that lasts

Week-based streaks with earned freezes, weekly goals, lifetime stats, widgets, and an Instagram-ready share card.
