From X
A workout from X. Made yours.
A workout on your feed is an idea, not an obligation. Paste its X link into Zestimer, review the routine Pro drafts, and adjust the session to fit the way you want to train.

How it works
Take the idea beyond your feed
Share the workout link
Copy the X post link and paste it into Zestimer. Choose a post with a recognizable exercise sequence, written instructions, or a workout demonstration.
Review the proposed session
Compare the exercise list and timing with the original post. Keep an eye on abbreviations, repetition counts, and any timing that AI had to suggest.
Choose your version
Change the moves, reorder the session, or give yourself more recovery. Pro can help fine-tune it with AI; you decide what to save and follow.
What you get
Your routine can outlast the scroll
- Lists become easier to follow
- A few lines of exercises can be hard to remember between sets. A saved routine keeps the sequence and intervals together so you can focus on the next movement.
- Timings remain a choice
- A post may give repetitions, seconds, or neither. Review the imported version and choose intervals that let you move with control instead of matching an unfamiliar pace.
- The original stays one tap away
- Keep the source post linked to your routine so you can revisit its context and the creator’s demonstration.
- Keep adapting it
- An imported workout is editable again after saving. Return to your own version, change a move, or ask AI to help adjust the session in Pro.
Workout imports and AI fine-tuning are Pro features. Start with selected free presets in the app, or read exercise instructions and use the web timer for free — see what each plan includes.
Frequently asked questions
- Does X to Workout also mean Twitter workouts?
- Yes. X is the platform formerly called Twitter. Share the workout post’s link with Zestimer and review the routine Pro creates from the accessible content.
- Can I import a protected or deleted post?
- The source must be accessible to the importer. Protected, deleted, or unavailable posts may not import.
- Does it import an entire X thread?
- Do not assume every reply or linked post is included. Check the generated routine against the source and add missing information before saving.
- What if the workout uses abbreviations?
- Review each exercise name against the post. Edit an ambiguous movement rather than assuming AI interpreted the shorthand correctly.
- Can AI adjust the imported workout?
- Yes. Pro lets you ask AI to fine-tune the routine. You can also change moves and timing yourself, then review and keep the result.
- Is importing from X free?
- Workout imports are part of Pro. Selected presets in the app, exercise instructions on the website, and the free web timer provide other ways to get started.
