From Instagram Reels
A saved Reel. Your next workout.
A Reel can give you an idea without giving you a plan. Share its link with Zestimer, review the routine Pro drafts, and adjust the moves and timing until it feels like yours.

How it works
From a Reel to a starting point
Copy the Reel link
Use Instagram’s share menu to copy the link, then paste it into Zestimer. Choose a Reel with a clear exercise sequence rather than a general fitness montage.
Review the workout draft
AI identifies workout information from the available content and proposes a routine. Check the exercise names, order, and timing against the Reel before saving it.
Make it fit your day
Swap a move, add recovery, or shorten the routine. You can edit directly or ask AI to fine-tune the draft in Pro, then follow along with Zestbot.
What you get
Keep the inspiration. Choose your own pace.
- A short clip can become a usable sequence
- A Reel may show several exercises in a few seconds. An editable routine lets you give each move time without replaying the clip between sets.
- Suggested timing stays editable
- If the original gives no timings, AI can suggest them. Treat those values as a draft to review, then choose the work and recovery periods you want.
- Your source stays linked
- Keep the original Reel attached to the workout so you can return to the creator’s demonstration when you need a reminder.
- A library you can return to
- Save the version you actually want to do. Next time, start from your adjusted routine instead of rebuilding it from your saved folder.
Workout imports and AI fine-tuning are Pro features. Start with selected free presets in the app, or read exercise instructions and use the web timer for free — see what each plan includes.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Zestimer support Instagram Reels?
- Yes. Paste a Reel link into Zestimer to draft an editable workout with Pro. The post must contain usable workout information and be accessible to the importer.
- Can it import a private Reel?
- Private, deleted, signed-in-only, or otherwise unavailable posts may not import. Zestimer does not make private Instagram content public.
- What if the Reel has no work or rest times?
- AI can propose timing for the exercise sequence. Review those suggestions and adjust them before starting; they are not a requirement to follow the creator’s pace.
- Can I change the exercises?
- Yes. The imported routine is editable. Replace moves, change their order, adjust intervals, or ask AI to help fine-tune it in Pro.
- Will the Reel play during my workout?
- The result is a Zestimer routine with its own exercise timing and cues. The source link remains available so you can return to the original demonstration.
- Is Reel importing free?
- Importing Reels is a Pro feature. You can start with selected free app presets or read exercise instructions on the website without importing a Reel.
