Warm-up

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Begin jogging at an easy, conversational pace.
  3. Land softly through the midfoot and stay light on your feet.
  4. Let your arms swing naturally at your sides.
  5. Keep the effort gentle to gradually warm the body.
