Chest Opener (Hands Behind Head)

Warm-up

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit tall and place both hands behind your head with your elbows pointing forward.
  2. Slowly open your elbows out wide to the sides.
  3. Draw your shoulder blades together as your chest opens.
  4. Lift your chest and keep your chin level.
  5. Hold, then bring the elbows back forward.
